Otis Milton Neal "Big O", 73, of Tomball, Texas passed away on August 15, 2023.

He was born on January 31st, 1950 in Austin, Texas to Willie Otha & Hulon Arthur Neal, Sr.  Otis married Willie Neal on July 13, 1996.  He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend.  He enjoyed singing, trail riding, billiards, dominos, BBQing and loving on his many friends and family. He also enjoyed tending to his many animals and playing the scratch-off lotteries.

Otis is preceded in death by his mother, Willie Otha Neal; father, Hulon Arthur Neal, Sr.; his daughter, Karla Wilridge; and siblings, Charles Ray, Marvin, John Henry, Ernest, and Arthur Hulon, Jr.

He is survived by his loving wife, Willie Neal; his children, Tina Neal, Latrice Neal-Kerr, Deborah Hill-Neal, Turro Neal, Otis Neal, Jr., Jasmine Neal, Jacqueline White, Dianna Hall, and Tonya Price; forty four grandchildren; his sisters, Mable Shepards, Evelyn Austin, and Joyce Clark; a host of great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and countless nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and dear friends.

Otis served in the US Army and fought in the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged.
