OFELIA MEDINA ORTIZ, 87, of The Woodlands, Texas passed away Sunday July 23, 2017 surrounded by family. She was born in Houston, Texas on December 31, 1929. She is survived by daughters Elisa Kaufman and Yolanda Carvajal, four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Visitation will be held Friday July 28th from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Klein Funeral Home Champions. Services will be held Saturday July 29th at 10:00 A.M. at Klein Funeral Home Champions with interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
