Norma Gayle Spitz was born in Houston, Texas on April 8, 1961, and passed away in Spring, Texas on March 5, 2026.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bob & Nell Wriser; mother and father-in-law, Evelyn & Gerald Spitz; brother, Charles Wriser; brothers-in-law, Jay Rohus and Roger Bass; sisters-in-law, Theresa Hill and Regina Hill; and nephew, Casey Hill.

Norma is survived by her beloved husband, Larry Dean Spitz; her children, Kyle Edward Spitz & wife Nancy, Amanda Gayle Hodgkins & wife Whitney, Tasha Kay Spitz, and Corbin Leon Spitz; grandson, Kaiden Edward Félix Spitz.

Her siblings, Linda Rohus, Marilyn Cummings & husband Art, Glenn Wriser & wife Karen, Larry Wriser; and Billy Wriser & wife Chris; brothers-in-law, Gary & Patti Bolton, Shannon & Jim Hill.

Her nieces and nephews, Charles Wayne Wriser & wife Crystal, La Tisha Wriser, Rob & Shanda Elder, Lennis & Bill Walker, Candace Chavez, Melissa & Kit Carson, Angie & Tom Inman, Crystal Lyons, Jennifer & Daniel LeBlanc, Angie Clifton, Rodney Clifton, Amber Hoppe,  J.R. Along with many great nieces and nephews who all loved her dearly.

She was a loving wife, a caring mother, and an adoring Granny who was cherished by so many. Her heart was always fullest when she was surrounded by the people she loved, and she had a special way of making everyone feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.

She also had a heart big enough to open her home to others. As a foster parent, she shared her love, guidance, and compassion with children who needed it most, offering them safety, warmth, and the feeling of being truly cared for. Helping others and lifting people up was simply part of who she was.

She had a deep love for the sunshine and the simple joy of being outdoors, especially when she was by the side of her beloved husband, Larry — truly her "ride or die" in every sense of the words. Together they shared countless adventures, creating memories that will live on in the hearts of those who knew them.

She was a proud member of The Woodlands Harley Davidson group, where she formed many lasting friendships. She loved nothing more than hitting the open road on her Harley, feeling the wind and freedom of the ride. Wherever she went, she did it with style — always blinged out, dressed for the occasion, and carrying herself with the confidence and sparkle that made her unforgettable.

Of all the roles she cherished in life, becoming a Granny over the past four years was one of her greatest joys. Her grandson, Kaiden, held a very special place in her heart, and the love she had for him was endless. The time she spent with him brought her immense happiness, laughter, and pride, and those moments meant the world to her.

Her laughter, her strength, and the love she gave so freely will never be forgotten. She touched the lives of many and leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, adventure, and devotion to family and friends.

She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.
