Norma Kay Harlan passed on June 29, 2026. A native Houstonian, Norma was born October 29, 1932, graduated from Reagan High School and married Kenneth Allen Harlan in 1955 while he was a student at Texas A&M University. Parents of two children - Mark Allen Harlan and Pamela Kay Harlan, Norma & Kenneth were active members of Lakewood United Methodist Church for over 40 years, enjoyed Aggie Club activities and were married for 65 years until Kenneth's passing in 2020. Norma enjoyed crafts, cross stitch in particular, and gardening. She hosted many craft sales with her sister, Lilly, and actively participated in Lakewood's garden club. She is survived by her two children and two grandsons - Dakota Allen Harlan and Garrett Andrew Harlan.
