Nora Elia Zarate was born on November 16, 1942, and passed away on January 15, 2019.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose Israel Zarate; and 6 of her siblings.

Nora is survived by her children, David Zarate, Rosalinda Zarate, Gloria Zarate, Dalia Salinas, Jose Israel Zarate, Jr., Ismael Zarate, Elizabeth Rodriguez, and Selena Zarate; 5 of her siblings; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Her family will receive friends and loved ones for a visitation from 5-8pm on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Klein Funeral Home, 9719 Wortham Blvd., Houston, TX 77065.  A funeral service for Nora will be held at 10am on Monday, January 21, 2019 at Klein Funeral Home, with burial to follow at 12:30pm at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
