August 14, 1943 – January 8, 2022

Noela M. Ludwick, 78 of Houston, Texas, passed away on January 8, 2022, after a brief illness with Covid. She passed away at North Cypress Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Noela was born on August 14, 1943, to Edward P. and Marion (Mary) (Gurdock) Kubiske Sr. in Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from Visitation High School in 1962.

Noela loved life and lived it on her own terms. She loved to garden and made her backyard an escape for Les and herself. She loved to travel and always had a suitcase packed and ready for her next adventure. Les and Noela traveled frequently when they could, they ziplined together in their 70's, and visited multiple courthouses throughout Texas counties, her plan was to visit them all and have a picture in front of each one. They went on multiple road trips and cruises during their time together, she made friends easily wherever she went. She was loved and admired by everyone she met. Noela loved working at Ikea, where she worked full-time up until her passing.

Noela was predeceased by her parents, Edward, and Mary, and her two brothers, Allen Kubiske, and Edward Kubiske, Survivors include, Her husband, Leslie Ludwick, of Houston, Texas, daughter Theresa Ignash (Kevin, Sr.), of Warren, Michigan, Son Joseph Mlodzianowski (Linda), of San Antonio, Texas, daughter Mary South (Dan), of Tulsa, Oklahoma, son, James Mlodzianowski (Susana), of Katy, Texas, Step-daughter, Amber Goodwin, Step-Sons, Leslie Ludwick, and Robert Ludwick, seven grandchildren, Nicole, Kevin Jr, Lauren, Zachary, Samantha, Gisela, Julia, four step-grandchildren, Weston, Hannah, Emily, and Samuel, five great grandchildren, Salina, Jasmine, Kevin III, Alice, and Marie, two sisters Pauline Barylski and Constance (Connie) Hudgens, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held at Klein Funeral Home, 9719 Wortham Blvd, Houston, Texas, 77065, on Friday, January 21, 2022, from 12:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.                                                      There was a "Celebration of Life" for Noela at her and Les's private residence for family on Saturday, January 22, 2022.
