Noel Nifras Gasataya was born in Binicuil, Kabankalan, Negros Occidental, Philippines on October 7, 1963, and passed away in Houston, Texas on November 5, 2019.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Norberto Gasataya and Elena Nifras Gasataya.

Noel is survived by his wife, Ana Julie Gasataya; and his children, Jan Noel Gasataya, Micah June Gasataya, Abegail Ann Gasataya, and Noelle Joy Vasquez Gasataya.

Noel's family will receive friends and loved ones for visitation at 1pm on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the Philippine American Baptist Church, 17540 Stuebner Airline, Spring, TX 77379, to be followed by a funeral service at 2pm with additional viewing time.
