On December 9, 1998 in a galaxy far far away, in Montgomery, Ohio, Nikolas Hunter Raven Roberts joined as the 4 th Lieutenant to the Roberts crew alongside 1 st Lieutenant Nathan, 2 nd Lieutenant McKala, and 3 rd Lieutenant McKenzie. Hunter's arrival was as unexpected as the force he brought with him. Pilot, Keith Roberts, and Co-Pilot, Andrea Roberts, were awestruck with the love and bond they held as this great force had now completed their crew.
Hunter began his training in Indiana at Hammond Baptist where he used his humorous talent to be a friend to all. His training began with summers filled playing video games, baseball, and moving rocks with crews consisting of the Hiles, Plummer, Long, Kilburn, Richmond, Stegemoller, and Pittman. Enjoying adventures such as hiking in the woods, Pro Klondike Bar challenging, intense nerf gun wars, pool pole vaulting, rock skipping (some on water and some into windows), extreme hide and seek, all while perfecting his ninja skills.
Early Sunday mornings were spent helping less fortunate kids in the heights of Chicago. As his training advanced, the Roberts crew was transferred to Texas where Hunter graduated from breaking windows to washing windows while completing his schooling.
His greatest promotion occurred when he graduated to Uncle 4 th Lieutenant to Princess Cereyna and brother-in-law to Amy. This new land of Texas brought new adventures of bat catching; ramen binging; classifying his cousin, Tiffany, as the long-lost sasquatch; self-taught PC building; VR watching; excelling as top gamer, conquering master of the cards, and pressure washer. One of his many hobbies was being a connoisseur of ramen and steak while being the puniest of all. His puns were so good not even a whole crew of Roberts could come up with one good enough for this story because Hunter was our puner.
On March 16, 2021, Hunter arrived at his final destination alongside his preceded fallen heroes, Grandma Treva Roberts, Grandparents Richard and Cassandra Hiles, Nanny Sharon Gheen, Great Uncle Ernie, Aunt Marcie, Uncle Trenton, and his best buddy Uncle Bobby.
During his travels, Hunter influenced many with his fierce loyalty, deep love, and warm hugs. His legacy will live on forever in the hearts of all who were blessed to meet him.
