In Loving Memory of Nathan Alonso
January 16, 2009 – June 2, 2025
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved son, Nathan Alonso, who left us far too soon at the age of 16 on June 2, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Nathan was a shining light in the lives of everyone who knew him. A gifted soccer player with unmatched passion and drive, he brought energy, determination, and joy to every game he played. From a young age, the field was his sanctuary, and his teammates were his second family. Nathan fought cancer not once, but twice, with extraordinary strength and grace, never letting it define him or diminish his spirit.
He was a loyal friend, a loving son, and a protective older brother. Nathan gave without expecting anything in return. His smile could light up a room, and his laughter was contagious. He showed us all what it means to live with courage, humility, and heart.
Nathan is survived by his parents, Jonathan and Lizzette Alonso, and his younger brother, Xavi, whom he adored. He will be remembered not just for his athletic talent, but for the kindness, bravery, and love he gave so freely.
Nathan, your time with us was far too short, but your impact will be felt forever. You were – and always will be - our HERO.
