Nancy Yeager Stanton received her crown on life on January 1, 2024 in Jupiter, Florida as she is now at peace with her Heavenly Father. She was born on March 12, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio as she was a gift of God to her parents Fred and Cleola Yeager. She was baptized at Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church and confirmed at Faith Lutheran Church. Nancy graduated from Bluffton College with a BBA in Accounting and received her MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Nancy worked for Hydro Conduit in Houston for 14 years as an accountant and later transferred to Florida. She then worked for CEMEX for 19 years as a Process and IT Team Lead where she coordinated the roll out and training of SAP software for 334 plant locations and 1136 employees. Nancy was also the Project Manager for the Arizonia acquisition across 186 plants and 900 employees with a team of 15 employees.

She was energetic and maintained a great sense of humor even in difficult circumstances living her faith in so many ways. Nancy utilized her financial acumen and leadership skills in many roles at Grace Lutheran Church in Conroe, Texas, serving as the council president, overseeing the construction of the sanctuary, and rolling out the Shepherd Program that contacted people on a regular basis. Nancy's communication and people skills blessed many people as she kept up with many by sending cards and notes. She knew everyone's names including all of the kids.

Nancy was the center of every family celebration whether it was a holiday, birthday, baptism, or graduation as she organized all of the food and was insistent on having all of the candles on the cake. She loved her family and the ability to give to others by making cookies, getting together for the holidays, traveling, taking pictures, and shopping at arts and crafts fairs buying angels. Nancy especially enjoyed the water, going to the ocean in Florida, and walking on the beach. Her husband would take her picture and she would say "We are at the beach!"

Over the past several years she sang with her sisters many children's songs including Jesus Loves Me, The B-I-B-L-E, This Little Light of Mine, Give Me Oil In My Lamp, and Little Old Lady. Some of her favorite songs include Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring and Onward Christian Soldiers.

She is preceded in death by her parents Fred and Cleola Yeager and her nephew Thomas Miller. Those who remain to grieve her death yet to rejoice in her eternal life in heaven with her Savior Jesus are her husband David Stanton of 41 years, sisters Gloria and Hal Bouknight, Sally and Galen Miller, Polly and Tom Lowry, along with nieces Hilary Kohlschmidt and April Miller, and great nephew and niece Vinny and Izzy Kohlschmidt.
