Myrtle Maxine Crooke was born on October 30, 1929, and passed away on October 30, 2018.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Jesse Evans; and husband, Henry Lamar Crooke, SMSgt, U.S. Air Force.

Maxine is survived by her children, Cassandra Kay Bullington and husband Thomas, Doranda L. Couch and husband Rick, and Jeffrey Lamar Crooke; 11 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. Maxine was a life member of Gold Star Wives of America.
