Morton Rodgers' Obituary
Bick was born in Dallas, but lived a life full of adventure, travel and fun. In 1971 he lived in Vigo, Spain, then went on to live in Singapore, then New Orleans, then Trinidad. In 1976 He went to San Marcos Academy where He met his second family of brothers and sisters . Summer of 1977 he went to Singapore again, then on to Japan before returning to SMA for his Junior Year. Graduated class of 1978, and went on to University of Texas in Austin, where he fell in love with working in the Bar industry. Now he met his third family of brothers and sisters. He lived, loved, laughed and gave of himself with out any regret. He then, in his later years, met Le Lihn, the light of his life. She brought him such happiness and joy, then the most wonderful thing happened to him, Joey, his son! He was transformed. He worked out, got healthy and worked, to provide for Lihn and Joey as they were his everything. He said the love " expanded " heart , and he was filled up with love and joy. All who knew him, loved him and he was there for them too. He was taken much too soon, we will all miss you Bick .
