Our beloved mother and loving wife of Don Vaughn, Moira Vaughn has gone to be with our Lord on February 1, 2018. She lived life to the fullest. She was born September 25, 1935 in beautiful Scotland. She grew up a loving, active, outgoing daughter to James and Martha Provan and was a great big sister to Jim Provan. Moira loved dancing the traditional highland dances, listening to the bag pipers, reading books and playing cards. She finished academically first in her high school class and then attended business school. She then became an executive secretary and continued that career after she moved to the US.

Moira met her lifelong husband, Don, in Scotland as wee teenagers. Their first date was a Sadie Hawkins dance where Moira asked Don to the dance. Their love blossomed from there. They were married December 21, 1957 and just celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary. Moira loved and supported her husband throughout his challenging and successful career at The M. W. Kellogg Company. They have three children, James and wife Suyin, Sandra and husband Doug and Connie and husband Dan. She is also survived by many wonderful grandchildren and two beautiful great grandchildren. Moira and Don were responsible for some wonderful family and friend traditions that that have left some incredible memories that we will treasure forever. Moira is already being missed and will be until we all meet again in Heaven. Thank you Lord for Mom and the many blessings that we shared with her.

Moira's viewing will be Tuesday February 6, 2018 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Klein Funeral Homes & Memorial Parks, 16131 Champion Forest Drive, Spring, Texas 77379.

Moira's memorial service will be Wednesday February 7, 2018 at 1:30pm at Faithbridge Church, 18000 Stuebner Airline, Spring, Texas 77379.
