Milton "Mike" Kelley died in Cypress, Texas, on November 25, 2019, at the age of 66.
Mike was born on January 21, 1953, in Houston, Texas, to Wesley Kelley and Doris O'Brien. He graduated from Spring Branch High School 1973. He married Karen Kleb in 1975. After moving to Cypress, they started their family and had two daughters. Mike enjoyed his career as an Engineer. He retired from Baker Hughes in Tomball in 2015. He loved listening to and playing classic rock, singing in the Houston Lutheran Chorale, camping, hunting, and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wesley Kelley.
Survivors include his wife, Karen; daughters, Amber (Eric) Keown and Shawna (Jason) Honeycutt; grandchildren, Nathan, Avery, and Lillian Keown, and Colin, Kendall, Olivia, and Ian Honeycutt; his mother and stepfather, Doris and Joseph O'Brien; his sister, Peggy (Ken) Bible; and a nephew, Christopher Bible.
A memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Saturday November 30, 2019, at Salem Lutheran Church, 22601 Lutheran Church Road, Tomball, TX 77377. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Mike's life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the music ministry at Salem Lutheran Church.
