Mildred Conelia Coulter, 96, of Houston, passed away October 17, 2022.  She was born September 27, 1926, in Houston to the late James Henry Holley and Eula Mae Townsend Holley.

She is survived by her children, Jerry Coulter, Linda Coulter, Michael Coulter and wife Irma, and Karen Gilmore and husband Gregg; grandchildren, Shawne Hebert, Larry Anderson, Michael Coulter, Jessica Whitaker, Shawn Adam Coulter, Elise Blanchette, Sydney Hopkins, and Jeremy Hatfield; and 17 great grandchildren

Including her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd B. Coulter; daughter Delores Anderson; and brothers, James Henry Holley, Jr. and Robert Holley.

Mildred loved to sew, travel, gardening and spending time in the word of the Lord with her Bible studies.
