Michael  Joseph Thompson, 43, passed away unexpectedly on April 28, 2017 in Tomball, Texas. Michael leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his loving wife Courtney and devoted daughter Maggie Joy. He was born on January 10, 1974 in San Francisco, CA.  He moved to Texas in 2003, and he and Courtney were married at Faith Bible Church on November 8, 2003.

Michael is survived by his parents, John & Diane Crews, sister Ashley, husband Eduardo, and nieces Gabriela, Isabela, Maya and Even ; brother John, wife Jenny and niece Samantha; sister Lesley, husband Bobby, niece Ceirra and the one and only nephew, Bobby; and grandmother, Johnnie "Mamaw" Crews.  Michael leaves many friends and colleagues in his professional world in the online gaming industry, and many friends and family in his church and community in The Woodlands.

He loved above all things spending time with his daughter Maggie and was devoted to his family and their time together. His loving presence, his deep faith, and his unwavering commitment to those he loved will be treasured and honored by his family forever. He will be deeply, deeply missed by all whose lives he touched.
