Michael Perry Ramsey, born on February 26, 1951, to Beatrice Mascarella Ramsey and George Ramsey, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2024, surrounded by the love of his family.

Michael was a devoted husband to his wife, Betty Scroggins Ramsey, with whom he shared a life full of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Together, they built a family that he was endlessly proud of. He was the father of Michael Ramsey and the late Michelle Ramsey, whose memory he held close to his heart every day.

Michael was blessed with four granddaughters, Savonnah, Haley, Sera, and Paige Ramsey, who brought him immeasurable joy. He enjoyed spending time with them, passing down his stories and wisdom.

Michael dedicated his life to his craft as a plumber, earning the respect and gratitude of his community with his skill and hard work. Outside of work, he found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially fishing, where he felt most at peace on the water, rod in hand.

Michael's kindness, loyalty and steadfast presence will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and cherished memories.

A funeral service to celebrate Michael's life will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2024, at Klein Funeral Home - CyFair Northwest, 9719 Wortham Boulevard, Houston, TX 77065. The family will receive friends for visitation beginning at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Klein Memorial Park in Cypress.
