Michael Papapavlou was born on March 31, 1981 in Houston Texas, and passed away peacefully at home on March 5th, 2018. He was a beloved Father, Husband, Brother, Son, Grandson, Nephew and Friend.
Michael is survived by his wife Wendy and their three children, Tsambika, George and Michael Jr.; grandparents Michael and Maria Kehagia; brother John and his wife Mary; sister Maria and her husband George; brother Gennadios and his wife Jennicel; aunts Anna and Stamatia, and uncle Pavlo; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Michael was a proud 'Greek-Texan'. He loved Texas and truly embraced the cowboy spirit and was extremely proud and fond of his family roots in Greece. Michael was funny, smart and charismatic and knew no stranger. Incredibly proud of serving in the armed forces, he developed fond memories and life long friendships during his time served. Michael worked in real estate most of his career and when he wasn't working, he enjoyed fixing up cars, reading, traveling and most of all, spending time with his family and friends.
Michael married the love of his life, Wendy, on October 23rd, 2009. Their three children, Tsambika, George and Michael Jr., were his biggest source of pride and joy.
Michael will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He was greatly loved and will forever be in our hearts.
