Michael Kenneth Mahony 22, passed away December 25, 2018. He attended College Park High School in The Woodlands, TX, where he as an active member of the fishing team.  He graduated in the spring of 2015 and joined the United States Air Force on January 2, 2018.  He completed basic training at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas.  Upon graduation, Michael reported to Technical Training at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas where he trained to be an Aerospace Propulsion Technician, working on the F-15 Fighter Jets.  When he completed his training, he received his first assignment to Royal Air Force Base in Lakenheath, England. Michael will be remembered for his kind heart, sense of adventure, caring of others, and ability to make friends with anyone he meets.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Raymond and Regina Mahony.  Michael is survived by his mother: Nancy Harrison and husband Bruce, father Kenneth Mahony and wife Raquel, sisters: Sarah Mahony and Heather Mahony, step brother: Noah Tidmore, step sisters: Sienna Tidmore, Heather Trevino, Hilary Dunn and Hayley Scott, grandparents: Charles and Margaret Stegman.  The family will receive friends Thursday January 10, 2019 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at WoodsEdge Community Church, 25333 Gosling Rd, Spring, Texas 77389.  The funeral service will be at 11:00 Friday January 11, 2019 at WoodsEdge Community Church, 25333 Gosling Rd, Spring, Tx 77389.  Burial will follow at Houston national Cemetery,10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77048
