Michael is survived by his parents, Robert and Joan Kish; his siblings, Kevin T. Kish and wife Kim, Robert C. Kish and wife Lillian, Suzanne Malnar, David C. Kish, and Elizabeth Poulos and husband Kenneth; and his nephews, Thomas Kish, Caleb Malnar, Benjamin Malnar, Luke Malnar, Matthew Poulos, Anthony Poulos, and Stephen Poulos.
