Obituary

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved son, Michael Hill, Jr., who left this world on March 12 at the age of 23.

Michael was a bright light in the lives of all who knew him, a soul full of kindness, humor, and a wry wit. He had a gift for making others feel comfortable, whether through his warm smile, his thoughtful words, or his willingness to lend a helping hand.

Born on October 4, 2002, in Houston, Texas, Michael grew up surrounded by family who cherished him deeply. He loved video games, reading, puzzles, and he approached life with a unique blend of curiosity and humor. He was a very competitive opponent in any board or card game, and he would always let you know when he beat you.

Michael's journey was not without its struggles, but his courage, sensitivity, and love for others will forever be remembered. His life reminds us of the importance of kindness, understanding, and reaching out to those in pain.

He is survived by his loving parents, Michael and Karen, his sister Kirsten, grandparents Neal and Joyce Thompson and a wide circle of family and friends who will carry his memory in their hearts always.

A service celebrating Michael's life will take place on Wednesday, March 18th at 11 a.m. at Saint Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Church in Spring, Texas, where friends and family are invited to gather, share stories, and honor the beautiful person he was. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Outreach Ministry at Saint Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church in Michael's name.

Michael, you will be loved forever and missed beyond measure.
