Michael Lawrence Herndon died peacefully in his sleep on January 17, 2022. He was born in Dallas, Texas in 1954 and graduated from Jesuit College Preparatory School in 1972. He attended the University of Houston but left early to pursue his career. He started with British Caledonian Airlines and eventually became Vice-President of Continental Airlines. He soon opened his own dive tour company and was quite successful. After selling his company, he returned to school and graduated from U of H. He then attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law and became a respected lawyer. He is survived by his loving family, including his wife, two daughters, brother, step-daughter, nephew, sons in law and two grandsons that he cherished more than anything in the world. When he passed, he was loved, respected and will always be remembered by those who knew him.
