Michael "Mike" William Hardy of Spring, TX, passed away January 4, 2019 in The Woodlands, TX.

Mike was born to Ramsey and Helen Hardy of New Orleans, LA.

He graduated from Aldine Senior High School in 1968 and married his high school sweetheart, Diane Maass.

Mike was drafted in 1969 into the United States Marine Corp.

He is a retired Southern Pacific/Union Pacific railroad switchman.  He provided a loyal, honest and dedicated 32 years before retiring.

Mike was also a member of Trinity Klein Lutheran Church.

Mike passed away from severe infection.

He, is survived by his wife of 50 years, Diane Maass Hardy, his daughter Angie Hardy, his son Heath Hardy, daughter-in-law Erin Carola Hardy, grandsons Collin Hardy and Kyle Hardy, Brother and Sister in Law Robert and Dorothy Hardy and numerous close sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, cousins and friends.

The family will be hosting a visitation at Klein Funeral Home in Magnolia on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 from 6-8 pm.

Services will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 2 pm at Klein Funeral Home.
