Michael Lee Ducey went to be with his Lord and Savior on August 10, 2021 at the age of 80. He was born and raised in New York City and graduated from NYU in 1965. From there he went into the Army and was honorably discharged in 1967. Mike worked in the logistics industry with Coca Cola and then went to West Lynn Creamery for many years as the Executive Vice President of Transportation. During this time he lived in Scarsdale NY and Andover MA before ultimately moving and retiring in Houston, Texas. He has two children from his first marriage, a son Keith Ducey and daughter, Nicole Ducey Ellsworth. In 2003 he was married to Susan Hanson and has two step children, a daughter Melanie Hanson and a son Blair Hanson.

Mike enjoyed many summers with his family in Mattituck, Long Island. He loved sports, boating and being at the beach.

In his later years he enjoyed traveling and cruising with his wife Susan to many parts of the world. He is known for his kindness, sense of humor, and his love for entertaining his family and friends.

Mike is lovingly remember by his wife, Susan, his two children, two stepchildren, his sister Barbara Boyle and numerous nieces and nephews and other family members. He was pre-deceased by his beloved sister Marilyn Taheny.

Michael will be in our thoughts and hearts forever.
