Melita Eleanor Hoffman of Houston, TX passed away early morning 10/24/2025.

She was born June 7, 1940, in Jersey City, New Jersey to Frank and Mildred Van Volkom.

She is survived by her brother; Frank Von Volkom. Her son Eugene, her daughters Jeannine, and Lori; 4 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

Melita was preceded in death by her mother and father; Frank and Mildred Van Volkom; husband; Eugene H. Hoffman Jr.; sister, Jeannine Howell.

The Gravesite Service will be held 10/29/2025 at 10:00am at Salem Lutheran Cemetery, Tomball, Texas and will be preceded by Pastor Jason Schleicher.
