Melissa Kay Theiss, a devoted mother and beloved Granny, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2024. Born on December 18, 1954, in Conroe, Texas, Melissa dedicated her life to supporting and nurturing her family, always putting their needs before her own.
Melissa is survived by her loving children, Tara Wilson and John Wilson, and her cherished grandchildren, Alexsa (Lexi) Wilson and Gage Wilson. Her family was the center of her world, and she took immense pride in being a part of their lives, offering unwavering support and love.
She is also survived by her sisters, Carolyn Caskey and Gloria Theiss.
Melissa is preceded in death by her parents, Lydia Theiss and Karl Theiss. Her passing leaves an enormous void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her, but her legacy of love and dedication will live on through the memories she created with her family and friends.
Melissa's life was marked by her loyalty, kindness, and the values she instilled in her children and grandchildren. She will be remembered for her warm heart, her ability to always be there when needed, and the joy she brought into the lives of those around her.
A celebration of Melissa's life will be held at 10 am on June 25, 2024, at Klein Funeral Home-Champions located at 16131 Champion Forest Drive, Klein, Texas 77379, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory.
Melissa Kay Theiss will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Her love and devotion will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.
