Matthew Price Herrington, 35, of Klein, Texas, passed away August 15, 2025, in Pocatello, Idaho where he resided at the time of his death. He was born December 11, 1989, in Houston, Texas to Linda Price Herrington and the late Ronald Lee Herrington.

Matthew is survived by his mother, Linda, his sister, Kimber Leigh, two nieces, two great nieces, his brother, Michael Todd, and his nephew. He is also survived by family members, aunts, uncles and cousins, along with many loyal and loving friends.

Matthew had a sweet, kind, loving heart. He was loved everywhere he went. He grew up in the Houston area, beginning school in Deer Park. He attended San Jac College and later on went to study at Brigham Young University while working toward his degree in Social Work.

As a child he enjoyed golfing, baseball and soccer. He had a beautiful voice and participated in advanced choir through school. He continued to love music throughout his life.

Matthew was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loved being a part of the Klein Ward where he made many friends whom he loved and who loved him. Matthew had a beautiful soul and loved everyone.
