Born 9/16/1969 in Holland, Michigan
Preceded in death by his mother Jackie Elwood and his father Cliff Diepenhorst.
Survived by his son Matthew E Diepenhorst II,
His wife of 18 years, Gina Diepenhorst, his brother Dan & (Karol) Diepenhorst, his nephew Josh & (Lucy) Diepenhorst and his stepmother, Janet Diepenhorst.
Matt never let his Cerebral Palsy stop him from pursuing his dreams. Matt graduated from Westfield High School and went to earn his BS in Criminal Justice at Texas State University.
In 1999, Matt married the love of his life. They soon welcomed their son Matthew II into the world.
Matt is also survived by his extended family in Michigan and close friends in the Houston area. Matt's family would like to thank friends Keith and Donna, who always held a special place in Matt's life.
