Today we celebrate the life and love of our mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Mary Ann Russell (July 3, 1943 – January 5, 2023). She left this world to return to our Heavenly Father and to dance with her husband of just over 60 years, and love of her life, Glenn E. Russell. Mary Ann loved many things in life, but at the top of her list were her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, her 20 grandchildren, her 30 great-grans, her dogs, her scriptures, her church, cherry coke (and just about anything sweet), and of course, her five ornery children. Mary Ann is survived by her eldest daughter Kimary and husband Garry Marble, their ten children, and their numerous grandchildren. Her son Asa Ukiah who has dedicated much of his time to caring for her over the past couple of years. Her daughter Karla and husband Don Simmonds, their four children, and their numerous grandchildren. Her daughter Sherry and husband Craig Metcalf, their five children, and their numerous grandchildren. And last but not least, her youngest daughter Rose Russell and her daughter. She is also survived by one brother, Fred Weatherford.

Though we mourn the earthly loss of Mary Ann, we are celebrating the joy she has once again found in her life following the loss of Glenn by rejoining him and being with our Savior Jesus Christ. Please post your favorite memories of Mary Ann and Glenn and share in this time with us.
