Mary Rose Minnich, 65, went to her heavenly home Friday, June 15, 2018 from Cy Fair Medical Center in Houston, TX.

Mary was born on September 24, 1952 in San Antonio, TX. She held a variety of office positions and was known most as a dedicated Mother and Grandmother.

In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her family and church friends, attending church, dancing for the Lord, praying/meditating, listening to worship music, reading, collecting things and volunteering in the coffee shop at church. Mom was a free spirit and very classy fashionista. She was also a great sport and enjoyed celebrating holidays with great enthusiasm as well as rooting for the Houston Astros, Rockets, Spurs and Texans.

She is survived by five children Kathryn Calvo, Karen Wilson, Kristal Rodriguez, Joseph Ornelas and Brandon Minnich; two son in laws Christopher Calvo and Scott Wilson; one daughter in law Emily Minnich; four Grandchildren Rachel Pate, Andy Calvo, Evan Wilson and Weston Minnich; two brothers Manuel and Tony Flores; six nieces Melissa, Mia, Jean, Sara, Lia and Araceli; three nephews Tony, Jonathan and Isiah; as well as six Grandpets Buda, Griffen, Foxy, Ms. Purdy, Meshu, Jax and Aragon.

She was preceded in death by her husband Roland Rodriguez, her Mother Rosa Aguirre and her Father Manuel Flores .

Mary's visitation and memorial service will both be held Saturday, 6/23/18.
