Mary was born June 16, 1938 in Kosciusko, Mississippi to Nirum Edward Smith / Meda Lucille Smith and passed away February 5, 2026 in Houston, Texas.

Survivors include her Husband, Wayne Largent; Daughter, Debra Largent; Brother, Bud Smith along with many Nieces & Nephews.

Mary enjoyed traveling and spending time with family & friends. A loving Wife & Mother who always put others before herself. She had a Heart as big as Texas and a smile that would light up any room.

We would like to thank the ER Doctors/Nurses at St. Luke's Vintage Park and caregivers "Daisa, Jocelyn, Leticia & Amelia" with "At Your Side Home Care" as well as Rebecca & Steven.

Per Mary's request, no funeral/memorial service will be held. We appreciate your love and support during this time.
