Mary Joyce Davis, aged 87, of The Woodlands, passed away on December 22, 2024. Born on October 22, 1937, in Houston, she was the beloved daughter of the late Claude Lawrence Crane and Mary Olga Briggs Crane.

Mary is survived by her loving family, including her daughter Suzette West and son John Bennett. She was a cherished grandmother to Joshua Varner, Nathan Herrington, Jeremy West, and Joy Hopper, and a proud great-grandmother to Jacob Varner, Matthew Varner, Katie Arrendondo, Karah Varner, Hudson Herrington, Juliet West, and August West. Her legacy continues with her great-great-grandchildren Blair Varner and Pepper Varner. Mary is also survived by her sister, Vera Cowart.

She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 28 years, Thomas Davis, as well as her siblings Barbara Ann Pierce and Clifford Wayne Richardson, in addition to her parents.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Klein Memorial Park in Magnolia, TX, with Rev. Bryan Butler of First Baptist Church, The Woodlands officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Joshua Varner, Nathan Herrington, Jeremy West, Cliff Richardson, Clayt Richardson, and Wes Cowart.
