Mary K Boyer-Pumphrey was born August 9, 1927 in Logansport, Indiana, daughter of Chester and Catherine Newmyer Kistler. She was a salesperson in the retail industry for many years and retired from May Company. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Frederick Ira Boyer, sons Mark Boyer and Jeff Boyer, sister Libby Smith and son-in-law Karl Johnson. She is survived by her daughter Karen Johnson; son James Boyer; grandchildren Jeremy Bouse, Ashley Johnson, Rachel Johnson, Gillian Gordan and Freddie Gordan, as well as many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5-7pm on Sunday, October 23 at Klein Funeral Home-Champion Forest. Funeral Mass will be recited at 10:30am Monday, October 26 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church 19222 State Highway 249 Houston, Texas 77070. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven in Houston.
