Martha Sue "Minter" Heil, 76 of Houston, Texas passed away peacefully on the morning of Tuesday, January 30, 2018.  Martha's journey began on February 8, 1941, in Houston, Texas.  She was the 3rd of 5 children born to Gary Paul & Mary Lolette Minter.  Martha attended Reagan High School where she met the love of her life, Arlan "Dean" Heil.  Martha and Dean were married on May 31, 1957 in Houston, Texas at the young ages of 16 and 19.  Martha was a wonderful wife to Dean, and a loving mother to their two children, Kevin and Tonya. She was a woman of God, with strong Faith.  This showed in all that she did.  After raising their children, Martha found her passion in real estate; she managed multiple agencies, developed strong working relationships with her many agents and clients.  She was the Local Chapter President of Women's Realtors Council.  Martha is survived by her loving children; Son Kevin Heil, of Austin; daughter Tonya Sue Horton and husband Steve, of The Woodlands; grandchildren:  Chaz Steven Horton, Ashley Suzanne Heinrich and husband Justin, of Spring; great-grandchildren, Harper Ashley Heinrich and Weston Grant Heinrich; sister, Arlette Montalbano; brother, Lindsey Minter; along with several nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Dean Heil; parents Gary Paul and Mary Lolette Minter, Sister Paula Minter and Brother Gary Paul Minter, Jr.
