Mark Alan Price departed to be face to face with the Lord to celebrate his 59th birthday in Heaven on August 14, 2020.

He was born in Houston, Texas on August 10, 1961 to, and preceded in death by James Douglas Price and Carolyn Followell Price.

As a young boy, Mark loved playing Little League baseball, where his Dad was coach of his team.  His games were fun to watch by family, but namely by his big Sister Dana.  She fondly remembers him as annoying, but he was the "Best Baby Brother".

After he graduated High School, Mark began his adult life working at the Huntsville Prison System.  He would always come home with stories to share, and have everyone at the table laughing.   He moved on to develop his career skills and worked very hard to be promoted in the oil industry as a Building Maintenance Manager with Schlumberger, then Welbore Integrity Solution's.

On January 4, 2003, he married the love of his life, Carol Ann. Through their 17 years of marriage, Mark spent loving and serving his wife Carol and her five children and grandchildren.   Everyone called him  "Papa Mark" . Family gatherings were always fun as he always enjoyed an opportunity get a good ole belly laugh.

Mark never knew a stranger, and always enjoyed taking their dog Hank on walks and chatting with the neighbors.  By family, friends and everyone that he met he was always selfless and would give the shirt off of his back if he could.

Mark is survived by his wife, Carol Ann Price, her 5 children and grandchildren...daughter Kimberly and Mark Schwebach, children Rachyl and Andy, Son Robert Hughes, children Josh Dunn, Sarah and Steven Hughes, Son James, Son Ryan and wife Ashley, children Hunter, Son Jason and wife Julie and children Elijah.   Sister Dana Price Neville, Brother-in-law Randy Neville, Step-Mom Vera M Price, Nephew Jason Neville and his wife Stefani and their children, Aubrey, Coby, Taylor and Faithlynn, Niece Cara Neville Agundez and her husband Ike and their children, Jude and Garner.

A special dedication from his wife Carol Ann:

My most treasured memories of my beloved husband are:  every precious hour, moment and second we were blessed together.  We truly loved each other unconditionally.  The emptiness I feel at this time defies words and every single part of me misses him dearly. But I know, we will be reunited for eternity, and that gives me peace, because that is forever.  Until we meet again.......I love you.
