Marjorie Louise Bonds, born March 8, 1938, in Alice, Texas, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep, at the age of 86, on Sunday, May 12, 2024, in the home of her daughter, Linda Claborn, The Woodlands, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles H. Bonds, Sr., and parents, Alice Rubell Wishert, and King Wishert.

She is survived by her children Gary (Nedra) Shamblin, Trenda (Stephen) DiPietro, Linda Claborn, Teresa (Forrest) Borgsted; grandchildren, Coren (John) Pickering, Clarence Leon "Lee" (Shauna) Zimmerman, III, Jeffrey (Maegen) Claborn, Garret (Zachary) Shamblin, Corrie Starr Shamblin (fiancé Max Henry), Ethan (Jacque) Horn, and Jacob (Becca) Horn, Michael DiPietro; great grandchildren, Ashley Gene, Bodhi Daniel, Peyton Ann, Declan Wayne, Parker Belle, Noah Carter, River Yvette, Ember Gail, and Willow Elizabeth, Mackenzie Ann; her sisters, Dorothy Cobb, and Debbie (Terry) Bush, and her brother, Ronnie (Angie) Wishert, as well as beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and dear friends.

Marjorie was most happy with her precious little yorkie, Baby Girl, listening to and singing the old gospel and blue grass songs.  She loved food, especially Mexican, singing with the birds, and seeing her family happy, and lit up when spending time with them.  She never met a stranger; every stranger became a friend.

She was a member of the Houston Northwest Seventh Day Adventist Church, and when she was not able to attend the services, she would watch 3ABN, the Three Angles Broadcasting Network for religious, music and health-oriented programming.

Marjorie was a woman who loved the Lord with all heart and soul.  She loved to study her Bible and was a true believer in God's word. Throughout her life, many of her conversations were centered around Bible truths and she never wavered in what she believed.  She talked often about longing for heaven and could not wait until the return of Jesus.  Her face would light up with excitement when she spoke of heaven, thinking of seeing Jesus face to face, seeing loved ones, hearing the heavenly music and just seeing what God prepared for her. Her desire was that everyone, especially her precious family, would be in heaven someday.
