Mrs. Marion Diaz Comeaux, daughter of Marcellus and Elmire Diaz from Houma, Louisiana, passed away peacefully, Sunday April 15 with her loving daughter, Cindy, at her side.

Marion was predeceased by her husband, Preston Noe Comeaux, Jr. of 60 years, her parents, and six siblings. She moved to Irving, TX in 2009, after residing in Tomball, Texas for 31 years, Charlotte, NC and Gretna, La. Marion was active in Catholic Churches and Catholic Schools in the various places she lived and especially enjoyed singing in church choirs.

She was also involved in the Exxon alumni Club in greater Houston, TX and a member of the gardening club in her Tomball, TX neighborhood. She loved her family dearly and her smiling face will be sadly missed by her five children: Preston (Clover) Comeaux, III, Deb (Phil) Turner, Wanda (Rick) Contolini, Wayne Comeaux and Cindy (Bruce) Barron-Taylor and seven beautiful grandchildren: Brandon (Amanda) Comeaux, Brett Comeaux, Scott (Angelique) and Drew (Becky) Hunter, Jessi and Greg Contolini and Preston Barron. Additionally, she is survived by four great-grandchildren; Ryan and Ava Hunter, Jack Comeaux and Ben Hunter, as well as her younger brother, Earl Diaz.

The family wishes to extend their appreciation to Silverado staff and Hospice for their tender care to Marion throughout her last years in Irving.

Service is as follow: Visitation: Wednesday, April 18, 2018 from 5:00pm-8:00pm at Klein Funeral Home: 1400 W. Main St., Tomball, TX 77375. The Graveside Service will be on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 1:00pm, at Klein Memorial Park: 9714 FM 2920, Tomball, TX 77375.

Flowers can be sent to Klein Funeral Home in Tomball, or in lieu of flowers, donate to the Alzheimer's Association.
