MARGARET BERNICE LARSON 83 was called home to her Lord and Savior on April 1ST, 2022 after a long illness.

She was born to Martha Tomczak and Willie Gutkowski in Houston Tx on June 13th, 1938.

She grew up in the Heights in Houston and attended Reagan High school. For a brief time, she worked alongside her mother at the Textile Mill.

On October 19th, 1963 she married Daniel Leroy Larson at Christ The King Catholic Church. At the age of 27 Margert was diagnosed with MS. And though the Grace of God, lived a full and happy life. Near the end of her journey on earth she surprised the doctors and nurses and she continued to fight and recover from numerous other illnesses.

In 1972 the family moved from the Oak Forest area of Houston to the then tiny town of Magnolia where she resided until Daniels death in 2011. They were members of St. Mathis Catholic Church. She then resided in Tomball Nursing home and later The Heights of Tomball. During her time at Tomball Nursing home she flourished and made many new friends and even played the part of Mrs. Clause at Christmas.

She loved to crochet, knit, read, say her daily rosery, adult coloring books, shop and spend time with her family.

In addition to her parents she is proceeded in death by her loving husband of 48 years Daniel L Larson.

Her brothers and sister, that she adored and spoke of often Charles Riley, Travis Riley, Harry Riley, Joe Gutkowski and sister Mary Seidel and nephew Charles Riley (Sonny).

She is survived by son Mark Wilkie and wife Margaret of AZ daughters Christine Mazyn and husband Albin, of Spring Tx and Danette Neef and Husband Dan of Montgomery Tx. Brother in law Wayne Larson and sister in law Betty Hurley and husband Bill. Grandchildren Jennifer Watson, Sheresa Wilkie, Joe Wilkie, Justin Wilkie, Coletun Neef, Alexis Neef and Meagan Mazyn. And six great-grandchildren, special friend Frank Chumley as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family wish to thank the Drs. and nurses at Tomball Hospital and all the staff at both Tomball Nursing home and The Heights of Tomball as well as her Hospice care team.
