Margaret Ann Hughes, age 52, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday June 13, 2020 at home in The Woodlands, TX. She was born August 19, 1967 to proud parents Lorraine and Robert McDonald in San Francisco, CA and was one of four children. She had a green thumb and loved everything with horticulture. She struggled with diabetes for a decade, which eventually took her sight. Without sight, she snuggled with her cat Tabby, listened to the TV, and her wind chimes. She enjoyed family gatherings and always looked forward to Wednesdays with her friends. She will always be remembered for her kindness, infectious laugh and tough spirit.

Embracing her now is her Mother, Father, several Aunts and Uncles, her husband James and first son Travis.

Margaret is survived by her son Matthew (22) who lovingly and respectfully cared for her. She is also survived by her sisters Anna (husband David), Mary and Elizabeth (husband Tino) and her nieces and nephews Cameron, Luke, Rachel, Reagan, Logan, Siena and Maylie.

Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.
