Marciano (Don Chano) Castillo Baez was born in Mexico on January 9, 1941, and passed away in Houston, Texas on November 29,2020.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Pablo Baez and Cleofas Castillo Baez.

Marciano is survived by his loving wife, Maria E. Baez; his children, Jaime Baez and wife Lidia, Gustavo Baez and wife Rosy, Silvia Ruiz and husband Robert, Joe Baez, Paul Baez, Rick Baez and wife Monica, Letty Alonzo and husband Salvador, and Oscar Baez and wife Lorena; 27 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 5:30pm-7:30pm with a rosary service at 6:30 pm on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Klein Funeral Home, 16131 Champion Forest Dr., Spring, TX 77379.  Due to covid restrictions, capacity is limited and face masks must be worn inside the building at all times.  A funeral mass for Marciano will be held at 11am on Friday, December 4, 2020 at St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Church, followed by burial at 2:30pm at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
