Marcia Kay Cross passed away on June 22, 2025, in Magnolia Texas after a long battle with Alzheimer's. Marcia was born in Watseka, Illinois on September 21, 1941. She is survived by her husband, Lance Cross, their children Amy Griesemer, Lance Cross Jr., Lisa Cross, and Randy Cross. As well as 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She also has 2 surviving sisters Phyllis Willoughby and Cherie DeYoung.

Marcia was preceded in death by her daughter Cindy Cross, parents Helen and Marion Clement, and sister Joyce McDonald.

Marcia spent the last 66 yrs of her life as a loving mother, grandmother and adoring wife to Lance, who affectionately referred to her as "Curly".  Marcia and Lance (Lanny) were graduates of Herscher High School where they first met in 1956 and married on March 21, 1959. They were truly meant for each other and courageously demonstrated the marriage vow of "until death do us part".

Marcia was a spunky but loveable woman who thrived on cooking for and feeding others.  Her spirit of hospitality was still bubbling over even through the symptoms of her illness. She will be missed and remain deep in the hearts of those who loved her.  We celebrate her eternal passing into the hands of our Loving Savior, Jesus Christ!
