Macy Ann Bell, 89, passed away on March 4, 2024 in Houston, Texas. She was born in Coffeyville, Kansas on July 20, 1934 to Harold and Elizabeth McBride.
Macy married Billy Eugene Bell in 1952 and proceeded to make a loving home for their growing family. She is survived by her children Steve Bell, Troy Bell, Darla Monteiro and Jana Robison, as well as daughters-in-law Melinda and Delia Bell and son-in-law Wayne Robison. Left to cherish her memory are 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Macy attended the University of Tulsa and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She was the owner of Whispering Pines Art Studio in Oklahoma before moving to the Houston area with her husband. Macy was a gifted artist and shared her talent with her students as a high school art teacher. She created many beautiful paintings, stained glass pieces and jewelry items.
Macy was preceded in death by her loving husband Billy Bell in 1995. It is a great comfort to know they are finally together again.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 11, 2024 at 10:00 am at Klein Memorial Park- 249 Pinehurst, TX. Arrangements are entrusted to Klein Funeral Home- Tomball.
