Lynn Edward Davis was born on August 25, 1943 in Laurel, MS. He passed away peacefully on January 7, 2026 in Spring, TX.

Lynn was preceded in death by his parents, Aurthur "Jack" Davis and Helen Duke and his brother, Richard Davis.

He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Juanita Davis; daughters, Donna Knodle (Andy), Laurie Dorman (Matt); step-daughter, Brandy Butler (Dwayne), step-sons, Jim Booty (Billie), Scott Booty; grandchildren, Claire and Allison Knodle, Kate and Grant Dorman, Jessica, McKayla and Katie Booty, Garrett and Carson Butler and brother, Ralph Davis.

Lynn graduated with his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Houston. He would use his education to become a Certified Public Accountant for many years, retiring from Beeson Properties.

He enjoyed playing golf during his down time and loved his family dearly.

He will be remembered and deeply missed by all who knew him.
