Luis Ambrosio Lagos was born in Salto, Uruguay on December 10, 1933, and passed away in Tomball, Texas on June 13, 2021.  He was a master wood carver and sculptor who devoted his life to his craft, and to the love of his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ramon and Celestina Lagos, and his sister, Blanca Lagos.

Luis is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Mirna Lagos; his children, Joseph Lagos and wife Laura, Marisa Tucker and husband Mark, Jennifer Tackett and husband Cody, and Alexander Lagos; grandchildren, Anna-Sophia Lagos, Alexander Lagos, Liam Lagos, Ethan Tackett, Joshua Tackett, Jonas Tackett, Isaac Tackett, and Attis Lagos; and step-grandson, Carson Tucker.

Luis' family will receive friends and loved ones at a visitation from 5-8pm on Friday, June 18, 2021 at Klein Funeral Home, 1400 W. Main, Tomball, TX 77375.
