Lucille... affectionately known as "Luci" was born on September 30, 1957 in Natchitoches, Louisiana to her loving parents, Alfred Randolph and Gloria Jean Randolph (Wilson). In 1959 her parents and younger brother Garry Lee Randolph relocated and settled in Houston, Tx. Lucille and her brother Garry Lee welcomed additional siblings as their family grew. Later her brothers Danny Lee Randolph, Bryant Keith Randolph and Renfred Earl Randolph were born. Lucille received her formal education in the Houston Independent School District graduating from Sam Houston High School in 1975. She furthered her education at Yale Nursing school. Lucille furthered her career at Yale hospital and later Houston Northwest Hospital with over 25 years of service as a phlebotomist and clinical registrar. Lucille later began working with the elderly and special needs children and adolescents in home healthcare. At an early age, Lucille proclaimed her faith as Catholic. But has also practiced her faith in several denominations such as Baptist, Methodist, and Non denominational. Lucille was respected and loved by all her family and friends and anyone who knew her. She would help and pray for anyone who knew her. She loved shopping her favorite color was purple and most importantly she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She especially loved watching movies and eating snacks with her grandchildren as well as playing games with them. On Monday October 2, 2017 God's purpose for Lucille was fulfilled. Her mother Gloria Jean Randolph and her granddaughter Ava Faith Jacobs precedes her in transition. Left to celebrate her life and cherish her memory are her beloved daughter Shemika LaTrelle (Randolph) Gobert and son James Louis Jacobs Jr. Father Alfred Randolph, brothers Garry Lee Randolph, Danny Lee Randolph, Bryant Keith Randolph, and Renfred Earl Randolph. Her Grandsons Jonathon Baines, Brandon Major, James Louis Jacobs III, Philip Emory Gobert III. Granddaughters Ashley Howard, Breanna Jacobs, Samantha Jacobs, Ava Jacobs. Great grandchildren India Baines, Elliott Howard, and Jeremy Richard Howard Jr.
