Obituary

Loucinda Kay McDaniel, age 60, passed away on May 27, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer. Loucinda was born on March 3, 1964, affectionately called 'Cindy' by those who loved and cherished her.

Cindy lived a full life in service to her family, friends, and community. She was a diligent and hard worker, taking great pride in her career as a pharmacy technician of which she got her start at Gloyer's Pharmacy in Tomball, TX. Through her many years in

the industry, Cindy established deep and lasting friendships with her employers, coworkers, and countless other members of the community through the service she provided behind the counter.

Above all, Cindy's family was of paramount importance to her. As she journeyed through her time on Earth her primary purpose was clear - to always support the ones she loved, always their needs above her own. Cindy is preceded in death by her husband, Kevin McDaniel; her parents, William Harget and Peggy Meryman; and her brother, Billy Harget. She is survived by her sons, Nathan McDaniel and Colby McDaniel; daughter-in-law, Kourtney McDaniel; sister, Shanna Mitchelle; brother, Ricky Harget; sister-in-law, Darlene Harget; sister-in-law, Kathy Harget; father-in-law, Ted McDaniel; and grandchildren, Abigail McDaniel, Rowan McDaniel, and Kora McDaniel.

Loucinda touched the lives of many, leaving behind cherished joyful, memories and a legacy of strength and resilience. Her unwavering faith in the face of adversity was an inspiration to all who knew her.

The funeral service to honor and celebrate Loucinda's life will be held on Saturday, June 1st at Klein Funeral Home, 1400 W. Main, Tomball, TX 77375. Visitation begins at 1:oo PM with the funeral service to follow at 2:00pm. She will be laid to rest in a committal service at Seidel-Rose Cemetery immediately following the service.
