Lorna Savitri Balgobin was born on June 1st. 1945, as the older of twin sisters, in Berbice, Guyana. She died on January 18, 2021, in Houston, Texas. Age at death being 75 years 5 months 18 days. Lorna became a child of God when she was baptized in her youth.
She received her education from grade school, secondary school, in Guyana; and a vocational Nursing education from London, England. She was a Nurse by profession.
Lorna is preceded in death by her parents, Edward S Balgobin ( father), and Nilamal J Balgobin ( mother ); her twin sister, Loretta Balgobin; her brother, Randrick Balgobin; sister, Annie Sharma.
She is survived by sisters, Maureen Drepaul; Sylvia Hardwar; Eileen Ramcharan; Eda Breaux; and brothers, Leroy Balgobin; Hardatt Balgobin; Michael Balgobin; Marlon Balgobin; Edstan Balgobin.
