Lon Allen Davidek

Lon (Lonnie, Gonzo) Allen Davidek, son of Stephen and Dorothy Davidek, was born on September 3, 1963 in Houston, TX and entered eternal rest at the age of 63 on September 19, 2026 at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Katy, TX.

Lonnie was raised in the West side of Houston where he graduated from the beloved Spring Branch High School in 1982, proudly sporting the number “44” on his football jersey. After high school, he first attended the University of (Southwest) Texas State followed by Lamar University and the University of New Mexico. Lonnie previously found his career in geology--reflecting his degree--but later began working for Robert L. Bradley & Associates in 2021 as a Residential Appraiser. Lonnie loved the Texas Longhorns, the Houston Astros, and frozen strawberry margaritas with a sugar rim. His favorite pastimes, aside from working, were fishing, golfing, and playing poker with friends.

Lonnie is survived by his three children: Gabrielle, Avery, and Grayson Davidek, brother Stephen Davidek Jr., sister-in-law Rita Davidek, nieces Cheven Peirce and Tylyn Liescheski, great nephews Soren and Rowan Peirce, and great niece Emerson Liescheski.
