Linda Gail Thompson age 70, of Tomball, TX, born April 20, 1952, passed away after a 3-year battle with cancer on Wednesday, May 11, 2022.  She is preceded in death by her parents Roy and Ailene Collinsworth and sister Dollie McNally.  Linda is survived by her husband of nearly 40 years, Lance, her son Rodney Golden, daughter-in-law Jennifer, granddaughters Cana and Lydia of Orlando, FL; and their son Joshua Thompson, his wife Betty, his sons Arthur and Braxton of Cleveland, TX, and their daughter Heather Thompson, her daughters Alicia and Juliana, and son Kolby of Tomball.  Brothers David Collinsworth and wife Kay, Roy Collinsworth and wife Susan, sisters Joyce Hanes, Cindy Woodcock and husband Ray, and numerous nephews and nieces.  Before she retired, she worked for the Post Office delivering mail all around Tomball.  She fell in love with bowling and traveling around to tournaments when she could.  She enjoyed working with plants.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 19 from 5-8pm at Klein Funeral Tomball with a burial service Friday, May 20 at 11am at the IOOF Cemetery in Rockdale, Texas.
