Linda Sexton, 74, passed from this life on June 26, 2024 in The Woodlands, TX. She was born to the late James and Cordelia Perry in Morganton, NC on May 1, 1950.

Linda graduated from the Mercy School of Nursing in Charlotte, NC in 1971 and spent the next 44 years helping others. A dedicated nurse, she was also a loving and caring wife and mother, married to her husband Gene for over 53 years. As a mother, she chose to work nights so either her or her husband would always be home for their children.

Those left to cherish her memories are her loving husband, Gene, her two sons, Joseph and Daniel, two daughter-in-laws Alison and Erika, and her four granddaughters, Haley, Zoey, Lily, and Emma.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Cordelia, and her daughter, Sarah.

A visitation will be held Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm with a funeral service to immediately start at 2:00 pm at the Mausoleum Chapel at Klein Memorial Park-2920. Burial will immediately follow.
